Lexington on the Green offers a variety of spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes designed to fit a range of lifestyles. Floor plans range from approximately 703 to 1,298 square feet, providing plenty of room to relax, entertain, and feel at home. Residents can choose from multiple one-bedroom layouts, as well as two-bedroom and three-bedroom options featuring thoughtfully designed living spaces and modern conveniences.

Monthly rent covers your apartment home, with utilities and service fees billed separately. Additional fees include a $65 application fee, $175 administrative fee, $25 monthly trash service fee, and a $15 monthly pest control fee. For residents with pets, there is a $300 one-time pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent. Our leasing team is happy to provide a complete breakdown of costs and answer any questions about fees associated with your new home.

We offer flexible lease terms starting at 6 months and up, allowing residents to choose the option that best fits their lifestyle and housing needs. Please note that rental rates may vary based on the lease term selected, and pricing is subject to change based on availability and market conditions.

Breed Restrictions
The following dog breeds (and mixes of these breeds) are not permitted unless registered as a Certified Service Animal (CSA) or Emotional Support Animal (ESA): Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Bull Mastiff (Presa Canario), Boxer, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (“Pit Bull”), Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid.
